The Inside Edge Cohort Program is a year-long commitment for small business owners who want to learn how to start, manage, and/or grow their venture into something that will stand the test of time. Our cohorts are kept small (10 or less members per cohort) and provide a safe and supportive learning environment for one another. No previous business education is required - we meet you right where you are. We will dive into business management fundamentals and that means HANDS ON strategy development while you’re learning with other business owners. We are building the plane while we fly it - and you most definitely won’t be doing it alone!

Depending on demand, we will have various new Cohort start dates throughout the year. We take this year-long learning and business building commitment seriously and we expect that our Cohort members do the same. Here’s a sneak peek of what we have in store for you:
Full-day learning sessions (one per quarter)
Monthly group Zoom calls
Opportunities to connect, share, and support one another in between our sessions and calls
All learning materials, tools, templates, and additional resources are provided
Additional support via email as needed
A safe, supportive, and encouraging environment
Plenty of patience, understanding, and empathy (you’re among people who KNOW the journey)

Content and examples that will be tailored to your industry/market space to ensure relevancy
