  • Our Strategy Partner Packages include a series of 1:1 sessions (in person or online) to work through virtually any challenge or opportunity that a business owner/entrepreneur can face. Whether it be new product lines and supply chain questions, strategic planning, team building, or even growth or exit strategies (and so much more), we help our clients sort through the complexity and uncertainty of their business and help them find clarity and direction for moving forward.

  • If you’re looking for that additional ‘lift kit’ on your business journey, this may be the answer. Navigating the ups and downs of business ownership and management is a lot easier when you have someone walking beside you. In these monthly sessions, we explore your goals, strategize on how to reach them, create mini-plans to help keep you on track, and you’ll also get the motivational support you need to keep putting your best foot forward. We’ll keep your head in the game, your focus on your priorities, and address any self-limiting beliefs that come up along the way.

Single Session = (1 x 3-hr session) for $599+GST

Package Option = (4 x 3-hr sessions) for $2,499+GST

*Package option includes mind maps, tools and other resources from each session, as well as a 1-hour follow up session. If you opt to try out a single session first, your investment can be applied towards the package option should you need them.

Together we will co-create a plan how to best use our time together to help you gain clarity in your business and/or focus in on a specific challenge or opportunity. Whether it be strategy development, action planning, problem solving, or quality/process improvement, we can help you get you closer to your goals.

ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER SESSIONS

6 Months = (Monthly 1-hr sessions) for $189+GST/month

12 Months = (Monthly 1-hr sessions) for $149+GST/month

This option is ideal for those who are feeling ready to move forward in their business, have some solid plans and goals in mind, and are needing someone to keep them on track, problem solve on an ongoing basis, and be there for them as new opportunities and challenges arise. Packages include ICOE (in case of emergency) texts and calls.
